Central Idea: Hard hearts lose out on God’s rest.

 

Purpose: To warn people about the danger of falling away.

1. When we test God’s patience, we miss God’s promise (3:7-11)
2. We need each other to fight the seduction of sin (3:12-13)
3. How we end is more important than how we begin (3:14-15)
4. We won’t find rest if we don’t trust God (3:16-19)
