(Matthew 6:9-10)

 

Central Idea: In prayer, we see earth from heaven’s perspective.

 

Purpose: To challenge Christians to battle evil through prayer.

1. We cry out for God’s name to be treated as holy because we know it will (Mt. 6:9).
2. We cry out for God’s kingdom to be consummated because we know it will (Mt. 6:10).
3. We cry out for God’s will to be obeyed universally because we know it will (Mt. 6:10).
